Here's a pic of the Goldfish that lives with my Koi
it's about 6 inches long now with a very deep tummy lol
There are also 3 Comets in with the Koi,
not counting tails they're 6,7 and 8 inches (approx)
all the fish are in the 500 gal homemade tank in the garage for the winter...

(the Goldfish is towards the top left)

Hi Rodders and Saph,

Here's a pic of the Goldfish babies I am trying to raise in a 6 gal tank in the house.

They are 1/2 to 1,1/2 inches long and VERY greedy indeed lol

I've lost a few over the last weeks but these ones seem to be doing ok.
Most have changed colour now, I'm feeding them small bits of broken koi food as thats all I have atm, I'm not sure if it's to strong but they eat it all very quickly.
Maybe I should be feeding them flakes ?

I hatched some goldfish out last may on Water Hyicents. I kept them in a tub all summer with a filter and a screen over the top. That way my frogs could not get to them and eat them. They are in my basement for the winter in a 15 gallon aquarium and a fountain pump. I hope when I put them out this summer they will do fine.
