Spose to be upto 7-9C by the end of the week. Summers on the way, lol

I was snowed in again yesterday morning  Evil

I got Karen's car almost stuck on the path/kerb entrance of our driveway this morning, had to mess about for a bit then reversed down the road and took a run up lol.  Looks like we may be swapping a car for a part time 4x4 before next winter, not sure what yet though maybe a C-Crossser or Mitsu Outlander if they are any good. Will not be swapping my beast for it though   Evil Grin

Yea, we had the snow too, got stuck in the car park at work, lol.

4x4 would be nice, but would want a saloon type 4x4, not a big monster thing.

If this keeps up each year, might be something worth considering

I won't have a large 4x4 again, we had a Shogun Sport 2yrs ago and it cost a fortune to run compared to my 300C.

tony our next door neighbour has a subaru legacy 4wheeldrive it pulls like a tractor through the snow  but you still have the problem of height
at least with a 4x4 you have that advantage

got to say i have seen a few landrovers being towed not because of the snow but they have broken down  Grin
we still have snow it just isnt melting but on saying that we have had it for 4 weeks now so a bit compacted

the koi pond is coming up in temp tho we are up to 3.0  the water is so clear in the koi's pond but the goldie pond is so murky still Waiting, i want to get it uncovered so i can do a water change and a clean to see if i can get it a bit clearer

Subaru's not a bad car and pretty bullet proof but not very good on fuel, I use to have an Impreza Turbo but it was costing me £450 a month in petrol. Landrovers are good 4x4's but are not very reliable. I think we'll end up with a Mitsubishi Outlander or a C-Crosser.

If I was to have a mad moment again I would go for an Evo too as the Scooby understeered terribly!!! If I had kept it for much longer I would have killed myself or lost my licence, it was one crazy car, it would quite happily pull the needle around the clock for a second lap   Evil Grin

we are melting
the pond is coming back up by about a degree a day we are at 4 now the fish havent eaten in about 6 weeks but they have showed no interest at all
its not like they are skinny so the koi should be ok but i am worried about me goldies i can see them im off next week so i will peel back the cover and have a bit of a clean up in the pond

rodders you not into the back breaking cars any more (soft in ya old age)
i look like ive been drinking when i drive around here as i like to avoid the pot holes where possible
low profile tyres, alloy wheels, 40mm lower then your normal mondeo and stiffened suspention is spine shattering sometimes
oh yes an evo everytime much better looking then a scooby (i just dont like the newer shaped scoobies)
but i do like the shape in the attached pic
